My story with food began in 1970 in New Delhi, with my father, Sikander Lal Kumar. He built several restaurants over the years—Delhi Darbar, The Palace, and The Chinar—but what he truly built was a legacy that became a part of who I am.

Everything I know about food, hospitality, and serving people, I learned from him. He taught me something I have never forgotten: when someone spends their hard-earned money with you, you have a responsibility to make every penny worth it. We proudly serve North Indian cuisine, bringing the rich flavors and traditions of Northern India to your table. North Indian food is known for its comforting curries, fragrant spices, tandoori dishes, breads, and hearty flavors.
Mughlai Cuisine
Mughlai cuisine, which has roots in the royal kitchens of the Mughal Empire, is known for its rich, aromatic, and flavorful dishes made with carefully blended spices, creamy sauces, nuts, and slow-cooked meats and vegetables.

And now, what makes this journey even more special is that my whole family is beside me, working together and serving our community with the same love with which it all began.
For me, this is not just a restaurant.
It is my father’s legacy, my family’s story, my passion, my life, and something I carry with immense pride in my heart.
